Stay at home

Stay at home, they said.

Keep a 2-metre distance, they said.

Shop for necessities only, they said.

Exercise outside just once a day, they said.

Over the years, there have been many things said, and not always for our greater good.


Who knows what there is in store for us? Overthinking only creates an anxious mood.

Being present is what it’s all about.

Being grateful and not pining for nowt.

I’m grateful for my safety, good health, and spirit.


I give thanks to the life I lead, and to all those who are in it.
